Socialist Obama & Holder Protect New Black Panthers
Socialists Drop Voter Intimidation Suit
The New Black Panthers have allies in Washington DC. Their allies are socialist President Barack Hussein Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder. Atty. Gen. Holder wants to file criminal charges against two attorneys from the Bush administration for giving a legal opinion that he doesn't like. Yet, voter intimidation with billy clubs is acceptable behavior to socialist Holder.
On Election Day last November the New Black Panther Party For Self Defense showed up at a Philadelphia polling place. Three New Black Panther members were dressed in military type garb with black boots and one was even sporting a baton. This was in front of the polling location and these three men used intimidation tactics and were telling the people coming to vote that they would soon find out what having a black president was like.
In January before socialist Obama took office the Department of Justice sued the New Black Panther Party alleging voter intimidation. Since then, socialist Holder, and the Department of Justice have dropped the charges against two of the men. The third man minister King Samir Shabazz a.k.a. Maurice Heath of Philadelphia can no longer display a weapon within 100 feet of any open polling location on any election day in the city of Philadelphia.
The three New Black Panthers never responded to the original Department of Justice lawsuit. That means the Department of Justice won the lawsuit by default. According to a legal source familiar with Department of Justice procedures, dismissing a lawsuit won by default is unheard of.
America why are the socialists Obama and Holder letting these three men get away with voter intimidation? The video of the intimidation speaks for itself. Obama and Holder must consider voter intimidation by three thugs acceptable.
Socialist Obama and Holder consider voter registration fraud by A C O R N acceptable. Socialist Obama gave A C O R N over $800,000 last year to commit voter registration fraud. Now we can add to that the acceptance of voter intimidation at polling places by the New Black Panthers.
