What The Socialist Democrats Don’t Want America To Know Is In The Bill

By any name the socialist Democrats want to call the cap and trade bill passed in the House, it is still a tremendously bad piece of legislation that will hurt America.  At 3:00 AM comrade Pelosi and her socialist cronies added a 300 page amendment to the cap and trade bill.

They used this 300 page amendment to add pork to the bill and also to hide the part of the bill they don’t want America to know about.  This amendment will affect your ability to sell your home.

America if this cap and trade bill becomes law you may never be able to sell your home.  Added to the bill at 3:00 AM was a new amendment calling for new inspections of your home before it can be sold.

This federal inspection, controlled by the government will determine if the home you’re trying to sell meets the federal government environmental standards.  This is another intrusion into your life courtesy of the federal government.

A federal bureaucrat will decide if the windows in your home meet the new federal guidelines.  This inspection will determine if you have enough insulation in your walls and attic.  This federal inspection will determine if you have to buy a new central air conditioner, a new refrigerator, or a new stove to sell your home.

A federal bureaucrat will decide if the appliances in the home you’re trying to sell meet some new federal guideline as to efficiency.  A federal bureaucrat will decide if your home and the appliances in it meet some yet to be written standards before you can sell it.

America the socialist Democrats don’t want you to know this and many other things are in their cap and trade bill.  This is one more socialist Democrat intrusion into your everyday life America you won’t be able to sell your home without the socialist Democrats approval.

Tell your Senators NO.  Tell your Senators to vote NO on this cap and trade bill that will destroy America.
