Watson Thinks Cuban Health Care Is Great




Liberal progressive Representative Diane Watson (D-CA) made comments, at an Obamacare health care town hall forum, trivializing the brutality of the Castro regime and overlooking the failures of the Cuban health care system.  She also used race baiting in her defense of Obamacare.

Cuba’s so called universal healthcare system has been a private embarrassment for the communist country as most of the nation’s patients are denied even the most rudimentary access to safe and modern healthcare. Liberal progressive liberal Watson heaped praise on Cuba’s health care.

Watson said, “Did anyone say anything about the Cuban health system?  And lemme tell ya, before you say “Oh, it’s a commu–”, you need to go down there and see what Fidel Castro put in place. And I want you to know, now, you can think whatever you want to about Fidel Castro, but he was one of the brightest leaders I have ever met."

Fidel Castro has long been noted for his brutal rule of power, even once exclaiming "revolution first, elections later". It is estimated that during his tenure as dictator his regime murdered tens of thousands of its countrymen and imprisoned many thousands of others for having contrary views, lifestyles and in the case of many journalists, for simply reporting the news. Furthermore, Castro has imprisoned his own people in concentration camps for their politics, beliefs and sexuality. It is therefore no wonder that the Human Rights Watch once labeled his regime as a "abusive machinery".

Watson calls Fidel Castro “One of the brightest leaders I have ever met."  Fidel Castro one of the cruelest tyrants in our lifetime and elitist progressive liberal Watson praises him.

Then Watson switched to race baiting which she and most elitist progressive liberals do when losing the debate. Many of you remember when she attacked Ward Connerly for marrying a white woman. She bragged about Washington, D.C. being a “chocolate city.”

Now in this town hall forum on Obamacare health care she fires up again, “You might have heard their philosophical leader. I think his name is Rush Limbaugh. And he said early on, “I hope that he fails.”  Do you know what that means? If the President, your commander-in-chief, fails, America fails.  And remember: They are spreading fear and they are trying to see that the first president that looks likes me fails.”

NO Representative Watson, Not Rush Limbaugh nor America wants America to fail.  Yes we want the socialist programs that Obama and you are for to fail.  It has nothing to do with color.  It has everything to do with freedom in America.  If you and Obama want to live in a socialist country then go to one.  Don’t try to make America a 3rd rate socialist dictatorship like your hero Castro and Cuba.
