Representative Hare Doesn’t Worry About Constitution
Hare You Took Oath To Uphold Constitution
Representative Phil Hare (D-IL) was asked, “Where in the Constitution?” Hare responded, “We are I don't worry about the Constitution on this to be honest.” A Congressman saying he doesn’t worry about the Constitution as he voted to force Obamacare socialized health care on America.
The Congressman was then asked, “You care more about that than the U.S. Constitution that you swore to uphold?” This time Representative Hare showed he doesn’t know the Constitution or the Declaration of Independence. Hare said, “I believe it says we have the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.” That Congressman is the Declaration of Independence.
The discussion continues with the first man telling Representative Hare that it is "unbelievably clear that the Constitution doesn't matter to you." The two men also argued whether the bill will actually provide insurance to people who don't have it.
Hare was asked if he read the bill. He responded he had read it three times. He says he read all 2,700 pages three times. Hare turns back towards the door and leaves, not answering the man as he asks repeatedly how long it took Mr. Hare to read the bill three times.
As Hare gets into his vehicle, another person asks, "Hey where in the Constitution does it say I have to purchase health insurance or gives you the authority to make me?"
The vehicle begins to pull away and that person says "Better start looking for a job."
"I don't care who you are or what your personal ideologies are; to view a seated U.S. Congressman stating that he doesn't care what the Constitution says is appalling. This guy has to go...period."
Many Congressmen and women better start looking for a job. They have shoved Obamacare socialized health care down America’s collective throat. They have refused to listen to the voters. They will hear the voters loud and clear in November for Election 2010.
